Darin Feinstein

Founder & CEO

Darin Feinstein, a non-practicing attorney, has vast experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality and Entertainment industries. Mr. Feinstein is the founder and creator of El Dorado Cantina, an organic and GMO-free Mexican concept that is currently in several locations on the West Coast. Mr. Feinstein is the largest franchisee in terms of total revenue for the Fatburger brand as is also the creator and owner of the Fatbar concept. Mr. Feinstein’s Fatburger location on Las Vegas Boulevard is the most successful restaurant in the chain and Mr. Feinstein owns other locations located within casinos.

Mr. Feinstein purchased the Viper Room from Johnny Depp in 2003 and recently sold the brand in 2019 after 16 successful years. Mr. Feinstein is a franchisee of Rock & Reillys, and operates the Rock & Reilly’s location on Las Vegas Boulevard. In addition, Mr. Feinstein is a franchisee of Sugar Factory with a location on South Beach in Miami as well as locations on Las Vegas Boulevard and other territories. On the entertainment front, Mr. Feinstein founded Red Mercury Entertainment, a full-service ticketing, box office and production company which services casinos in Las Vegas. 

Currently, Red Mercury Entertainment controls and runs entertainment at The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower in Las Vegas with Golden Gaming, as well as has theater, box office and production at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino. Mr. Feinstein through Red Mercury is also a co-producer of many shows in Las Vegas with Caesars Entertainment, MGM and Live Nation which have included J-LO, Britney Spears, Lionel Riche, Gwen Stefani, Aerosmith, Lady Gaga and several others at MGM’s Park Theater, Planet Hollywood, and The Venetian. Mr. Feinstein is also an owner and producer of several tribute shows currently operating inside casinos in Las Vegas including MJ Live (which has been running 7 days per week since 2010) and Purple Reign, a Prince Tribute show located at the Tropicana. Mr. Feinstein has over 1,000 employees across various companies and has worked closely with casinos for over a dozen years.

Kyle Vitzthum

Kyle Vitzthum has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales and a master’s degree in Business. This has led to 9 years in sales/customer service work through the retail, sports, cellular, and hospitality industry. The most recent endeavor was at Honeywell in the business aviation world. He took part in the business aftermarket helping operators upgrade avionics in the cabin/cockpit. Because the hospitality industry was his true passion, he brought his expertise to El Dorado Cantina in April 2021 at El Dorado Cantina, joining the team which will open El Dorado Cantina locations around the world.

Martine Jordan

Martine Jordan has worked in top-level positions for some of the nation’s most profitable restaurants and nightclubs throughout the past 20 plus years. Martine owned her own independent music label and management company in Los Angeles when she was recruited to consult and then manager New York Restaurateur Jean Denoyer’s Le Colonial Restaurant Concept in California. She then became the Sales & Event Director creating events with movie studios for movie premier parties like Seven Years in Tibet. Besides creating events for celebrity clients, Martine has worked on fundraisers, corporate events, political campaigns and much more. Martine also opened the Le Colonial in San Francisco from the ground up on the site of the old Trader Vics.

Moving to Las Vegas she started as the Assistant General Manager at Drai’s Restaurant and After Hours over seeing high profile events and later became the first female General Manager in a Las Vegas nightclub. Martine managed the Crown Nightclub and later moved to the Artisan as Director of Operations for the nightclub and hotel. Martine came to El Dorado Cantina as a General Manager for several years.. Her present position is the Director of Sales and Events overseeing corporate and social events.

Veronica Torres

Meet Veronica Torres , an accomplished professional with an illustrious career spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Originally from California, she made a bold move to Las Vegas in 2009 to contribute to the grand opening of the Aria Casino, where she showcased her expertise in various venues, including Haze, Gold Lounge, and Duce Lounge.

In 2010, Veronica continued to elevate her career by joining The Wynn & Encore Resort, a prestigious 5-star establishment, where she spent a decade delivering exceptional service at acclaimed lounges like Parasol and Eastside Lounge—both recognized by Forbes for their excellence.

In 2020, her journey led her to El Dorado Cantina, where in 2021 she embraced the role of Events & Sales Manager, overseeing all three locations. With a focus on private events, Veronica orchestrates unforgettable experiences, leveraging her vast industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail to create memorable moments for her clients.


Lyman Lambson

Lyman’s career in the hospitality industry began in 1999 at Wolfgang Pucks Postrio in the Venetian Hotel Las Vegas. He quickly rose through the ranks and became the Bar Manager for one of the top Night Clubs in Las Vegas, where he gained valuable experience in managing high-profile establishments. Over the course of 24 years, Lyman has held increasingly senior positions in the Hospitality Field, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned professional.

For the past 13 years, Lyman has been a dedicated member of the Black Star Hospitality team, a renowned company that owns restaurants across the USA. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Operations, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s restaurant operations nationwide. With his extensive experience and expertise, Lyman ensures that each establishment under Black Star Hospitality maintains the highest standards of excellence.

What sets Lyman apart is his exceptional business acumen, systems acuity, and leadership talents. He not only excels in spearheading new ventures but also in operating existing establishments with excellence. Throughout his career, Lyman has consistently delivered outstanding results and exceeded expectations.
